ERA’s Submission on Work and Care – valuing ALL of women’s work

ERA has made a submission to the Senate Select Committee on Work and Care, arguing that recognising and valuing the care work done by women is a necessary step if we are to effectively address both women’s workforce participation and the problematic gender norms which sit beneath our understanding of care.
