About ERA

Equality Rights Alliance (ERA) is a network of not-for-profit organisations and social enterprises coming together to advocate for gender equality and the human rights of women, girls and people of marginalised genders.

We focus on gender equality in economic security and leadership. We work with the Federal Government and with members and partner organisations to develop and advocate for policies which promote gender equality and remove discrimination against women, girls and people of marginalised genders.

We are one of the six National Women’s Alliances operating with support from the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s Office for Women.
